The Women in Management Workshop Series has been specifically designed to address how women work. It explores interpersonal skills such as listening, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and ethical leadership. The series focuses on leadership qualities and how to strengthen your presence in any situation through awareness and practice. Participants learn their WorkStyle Patterns™ and identify how they prefer to approach work and the approach their current position, assignment or activity requires. The series examines the strengths which women bring to the working environment and investigates the choices women make and paths women take to achieve their goals in management. The series also explores gender communication and the ethical approach women take in their decision making in the workplace. The Women in Management Series can be offered through various formats such as an individual class or once a month for five months. Participants who attend all classes will receive a discount and a "Women in Management" certificate of completion.
